Grooming at McGilvray Veterinary Hospital

Our grooming department uses products by Iv San Bernard, the leading European manufacturer of skin and coat care for dogs and cats.  The line offers a wide range of shampoos, conditioners, and treatments with natural ingredients to address the needs of every pet.  Working in conjunction with the veterinarians, our knowledgeable and dedicated groomers will have your dog looking and feeling their very best.  Should your pet have a health concern, medicated baths are also available for many different skin conditions.


Services offered by our grooming department include:

Bath & Groom Service:  Includes shampoo and condition, anal gland expression, fluff dry, nail trim, eye cleaning, ear cleaning and/or plucking, and clipping of sanitary areas (i.e. eyes, ears, pads of feet, anus, groin).

Full Groom Service:  Includes all services offered during a bath & groom, as well as a full body haircut.

Other Services:
> Cat Grooming
> Basic bath (shampoo, conditioner, fluff dry)
> Weekly brush throughs (to keep longer haircoats mat-free)
> Handstripping (for terriers in natural coat)

Pricing:
Various factors such as skin and coat condition, matting, and handling requirements can affect the final outcome and pricing of any groom.  Therefore, it is encouraged to make an appointment to meet our groomers in order to provide a more accurate price estimate.  Please contact the hospital to arrange for any of your pet's grooming needs.
